Loch Kelly, in dialogue with Dick Schwartz has a nice way of elaborating on Self:  “Self is not found only inside or outside but is simultaneously experienced as unity,
emptiness, particularity and connectedness. Self is spacious and pervasive, loving and loved, transcendent and embodied.”
