Think of a time when you felt really calm.  Who were you with? What were the circumstances? Where and when did this take place?  Take the time to recall this experience.  Write it down so that you can remember it later.  Calm is one of the 8 C’s of the Self.  When you feel you are struggling to access Self, remember what you wrote about the experience of feeling really calm.
